If you ever forget your password, you can always re-set it on your own. Please follow the 5-step instruction below:
**Note: If you have tried to enter your password 5 or more times and failed you will be restricted from resetting your password for 10 minutes. Please wait 10 minutes then attempt to reset**
- Go to the login screen of your iFlip account and tap 'Forgot Password'
- Enter the email address you used to register your iFlip account and press the orange "check" in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
- Check your email inbox to retrieve your reset code (this may end up in your junk mail depending on your email security settings)
- Use the reset code provided in the email and enter it into the "Reset code" field in your mobile app
- Enter your new desired iFlip password and press the orange "check" in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
