To close your account please send a support message via the mobile app or email us directly at email@example.com. Please enter the following details in your message:
Subject Line: Account Cancellation for <insert your iFlip account number>
Email Body: I am requesting to close my iFlip account. The name on my account is <insert the name on your account>.
Once iFlip has received your request we will ensure your account is closed with 2-3 business days.
Note: Before you request to close your account please ensure that all of your positions are sold and you have a cash balance of $0.00. If these requirements are not met, then we will not be able to close your account.
Please keep in mind, regulations require us to preserve certain books and records. We take the security of all collected data very seriously and will not use this data for anything beyond meeting our regulatory requirements.
