If you want to manually upgraded or downgrade to a different plan then follow the simple steps below.
Step 1: Log into your iFlip app and go to the main menu
Step 2: Select 'Account'
Step 3: Select 'Change Account Plan'
Step 4: On the left, you'll see your current plan. On the right you'll find a scrolling menu that you can use to preview the other plans. Once you find the plan you want tap the "Accept" button (see image below)
Important note: If you are manually downgrading, then be sure the current status of your account qualifies for the downgrade. Example: if you attempt to downgrade from the Advanced Plan to the Lite Plan while you're still invested in a SmartFolio that is only available in the Advanced Plan, then your downgrade request will not be fulfilled. First you would need to sell out of that SmartFolio before you can successfully downgrade.
