Each month your membership plan is finalized for billing on the last business day of every month. On this day, iFlip analyzes the current state of your A.I. iFlip does not bill for partial months. This means if your membership plan changes in the middle of the month, then the new plan price won’t take effect until the end of the following month.
iFlip does not automatically downgrade membership plans. If your account is eligible for a downgrade, you can manually make the adjustment. Click here for more information on how to manually change your membership plan.
Use Case 1: Upgrading in the middle of a month
Again, iFlip does not bill for partial months. This means if you start on November 1st at the Free Level, then later in the month you decide to upgrade to the Lite Plan ($10/mo), you will have the premium features of the Lite Plan immediately, but you won’t be charged in November. Instead, you would be charged at the end of the first complete month, which would be December.
Use Case 2: Downgrading in the middle of a month
Again, iFlip does not automatically downgrade your plan. However, if you downgrade your plan in the middle of a month, then the new plan price will take effect the following month. This means if you start on November 10th at the Lite Plan ($10/mo), then later in the month you decide to downgrade to the Intro Plan (free), you’re feature adjustments will be made immediately, but you’re billing amount won’t but adjusted until the first full month, which would be December.
